白如帆，博士，讲师。2018年于复旦大学计算机科学技术学院取得硕士学位，2023年于澳门大学科技学院计算机系取得博士学位，导师为贾维嘉教授和吴晓伟教授。自2023年9月加入东南大学计算机科学与工程系。研究领域包括但不限于算法博弈论，（资源及任务）公平分配，智能交通(时空数据挖掘)等。目前关注：多智能体系统，强化学习，博弈论。在相关的国际顶级会议和期刊上发表论文多篇，并担任多个著名国际会议和期刊的审稿人（WWW、TNNLS、AISTATS等）
